NBA: Bryant throws the Lakers, Cavs to the mat – Il Sole 24 Ore

Six races into the night NBA. The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Indiana Pacers 88-87 at the Staples Center and the victory is signed by Kobe Bryant, 20 points, putting the basket in the final passing 12 seconds left. Guests have the chance to reply but the Lakers defend well and the shot at the buzzer to Hibbert goes off only at the top of the backboard. The start of the Detroit Pistons who, when they cut Josh Smith, came across: the fifth victory in a row comes against the Sacramento Kings, 114-95, designer by 35 points from Brandon Jennings.

Moment always more black for the New York Knicks that without Carmelo Anthony and Andrea Bargnani, injured, lost the 11th race in a row at Madison Square Garden against the Milwaukee Bucks 95-82 coached by former Jason Kidd. Do not fare well even the Cleveland Cavs that, without LeBron James, are overwhelmed 109-90 on the floor of the house by the Dallas Mavericks of Monta Ellis, author of 20 points. For Cavs coach Blatt is not enough for a Kevin Love 30 points and 10 rebounds, but only too.

The tour to the West coincides with the first crisis of the season for the Toronto Raptors 125-109 on the field who lose Phoenix Suns and stumble in the third defeat in a row, something that has not happened for more than a year. Suns led by Bledsoe, author of 20 points. Finally there is the success of the Miami Heat 88-84 beating the Brooklyn Nets with 26 points from Chris Bosh.
