PARIS – Radiation in life for Michel Platini by world football. And ‘when the investigation committee of FIFA would ask as a sanction against the UEFA president. He revealed AFP, Thibaud Ales, legal former champion Juventus and the French national team. Blatter and UEFA president Michel Platini are currently serving a 90-day suspension imposed by the ethics committee of FIFA and are under investigation for a payment of 2 million Swiss francs approved by Blatter in favor of Platini in 2011, for services rendered by Platini between 1998 and 2002. It ‘just this circumstance that could cost home to both. The same legal Platini has called the request “a scandal. We saw the files that were provided to us, sorry to have been released as there should be strict confidentiality of these things.” Maitre thibaud ales then adds: “It ‘a disproportionate penalty for the alleged corruption there is no basis in the findings. In issuing this decision, there was the desire to hurt, to harm.”

The same measure radiation would be asked for the FIFA president, Joseph Blatter. This was reported by the German newspaper ‘Die Welt’, citing FIFA. According to ‘Die Welt’, the chamber survey pointed out that, if you determinasse the existence of an act of corruption, Blatter should be banned for life. If, instead, it was a conflict of interest, the penalty would be suggested to ten years. Klaus Stöhlker, adviser Blatter, would not confirm the news to the dpa. “Joseph Blatter does not intend to take a position on the case Platini. He has not had access to this information,” said Stöhlker, which left open the possibility of appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. “The Tas remains a possibility. Blatter is waiting for the documents,” the adviser said.

Whatever happens, there is an air of change in Fifa. The Executive Committee will discuss, the meeting to be held in Zurich on 2 and 3 December, the reform proposals that should change the face of the organization. FIFA today announced the agenda of the meeting, including a report by Francois Cannard, chairman of the Reform Committee. Cannard proposed wide-ranging changes in governance, in the wake of several corruption affairs involving FIFA this year. The reform proposals include an age limit of 74 years for executives, a limit of 12 years to the presidential terms and publication of the annual remuneration for senior officials. All proposals, to be implemented, they need the approval of the extraordinary congress of FIFA, to be held on February 26, 2016 to elect a successor to President Joseph Blatter.
