Valentino Rossi is appealing the sanction of Commissioners Fim September 25 for contact with Marc Marquez in Gp Sepang. The sponsoring the Yamaha rider – said in a statement signed dall’avv.Massimiliano Maestretti Lugano – filed appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne against the decision.
The sanction ordered by the clerk of the course was the last place on the grid in Valencia, in the GP next Sunday will close the 2015 season of the championship, and three penalty points on the license, for the gesture of reaction to the attempt overtaking Marquez, resulting in fall and withdrawal of Spanish. The Yamaha rider asks Tas annulment or reduction of the fine.
